When you have found your HMO, take the following steps to confirm that you are in the register.
1 .Open the corresponding PDF document that tallies with your HMO;
2. On the menu bar at the top of the PDF document find the search button and click on it;
3. In the search textbox, type your NHIS number, select radio button against "IN THE CURRENT PDF DOCUMENT" and hit ENTER on your Keyboard.
